How does the integration with Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter work? #

Currently, integration with these social media sites occurs through the Referral Links channel, which works in the following way:

• In the campaign configuration, you must configure the Referral Links channel and create a link for each social network you wish to use.
• The link generated for each social network will be copied and used to make a post in the social network.
• When a social network user clicks on the link, they will be redirected to the landing page configured in the funnel of the campaign, where you can use the funnel configuration to request data or make it follow a series of steps to conversion.
• The tool will record the social media source where the funnel started and whether the customer converted for further analysis.
