1. SUMMARIZED PRIVACY POLICY #

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Prisma Campaigns Service as a customer of Prisma Campaigns. This Policy describes how we receive, use, store, share, transfer, and process Customer´s Personal Information.

This Privacy Policy also describes how we process users Information on behalf of our Customers in connection with the Prisma Campaigns Service. We have no direct relationship with users – business or individuals- who provide Personal Information to our Customers. Our Customers control and are responsible for correcting, deleting or updating information they have collected from using the Subscription Service.

Prisma Campaigns Service only processes users Personal Information under the direction and instruction of our Customers, and has no direct control or ownership of it.

Customers are responsible for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent prior to transferring the Personal Information to Prisma Campaigns for processing purposes. Terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning as set forth in the Prisma Campaigns Terms and Conditions and Subscription Service Agreement.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our information practices. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices and inform your users.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE #

Prisma Campaigns Subscription Service allows any Customer to execute marketing and loyalty campaigns for their users (our “Services”).

By using our Services you consent to this Privacy Policy herein described. Our Privacy Policy applies to all our Services. We encourage you to refer these and apply these Privacy Policy to your users.

The information added to the Subscription Service, either by site visitors providing their contact information or when a Subscription Service user adds the information, is stored and managed on our third party service provider’s servers.

When subscribing a Subscription Service Agreement, the provided information belongs to Prisma’s Customer and is used, disclosed and protected by them only according to their privacy policies and is not subject to this Privacy Policy. Still, Prisma Campaigns provides this Privacy Policy to encourage a compliant service and data treatment.

As used in this Privacy Policy, the terms “using” and “processing” information include using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing and transferring information within our organization or among our affiliates and sub-processors within the United States

Our Subscription Service Agreement doesn´t include the direct usage of that information. Still, we may use and process aggregated information that does not include Personal Information. Any aggregated information used in these contexts will not contain your Personal Information. If so, the usage of the information, will have the main purpose of the develop of better algorithms for the Service and/or for additional Products and/or features.

Prisma Campaigns acknowledges that its Customers have the right to access the Personal Information of its users and therefore, will give its Customer the means for that whenever it request it. We will provide all the means for the Customer to be able to comply with its users.

If the Customer requests to remove Personal Information we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. We work day-in-day with our Customers to help them provide notice about their data collection, processing and usage.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT #

Prisma Campaigns uses data and Personal Information for campaign management purposes. Our primary goals in it is to provide and improve the services, features and content granted under the Subscription Agreements. Our Customers use the Subscription Service to build such campaigns for their users. Prisma Campaigns does not control the content of these Campaigns or the types of Personal Information that our customers may choose to collect or manage using the Subscription Service.

Prisma Campaigns does not directly collect or retain any information about users silently, all the information is loaded in Prisma platform by the staff of Prisma’s Customers. We don’t collect Personal Information nor data from third parties, nor we offer co-branded services.

Customers can determine both, the Personal Information set to be uploaded to Prisma Campaigns, and data retention policy they apply.

Additionally, the information can be stored in an anonymous way. As an example, Prisma Campaigns can be fed with different Customer segment composed only by an identifier. These segments (with anonymous data) will be mapped into different campaigns accordingly. This way, there is no Personal Information needed to orchestrate those campaigns.

“Personal Information” refers to any information that the Customer voluntarily submits to us, including contact information, such as user´s name, e-mail address, address, phone number, and all other information about yourself or your business.

Personal Information also includes Navigational Information, Journey Information, Log Data, Internet Protocols (“IP”) address, where such information can directly or indirectly identify an individual or user. This includes pages that the user visits, the time spent on those pages, access times and dates, and other statistics. We also use Cookies.

Prisma Campaigns collects information about navigation and banners view. If the user has never been identified, a random ID is generated on the fly to identify that user. If the user has ever logged, his ID is used to track the navigation and banners view.

4. DATA PROCESSING PRINCIPLES #

A. Our primary goals in collecting information is to provide and improve Customer Service.

B. International Transfer. Information may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. if you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, Prisma Campaigns transfers personal information to the United States and processes it there. your consent to this privacy policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

C. Our Policy Towards Children. Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly accept nor collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided the Customer or us with Personal Information without their consent, Customer should grant the means for notification and also immediately warn us and contact us at legal@prismacampaigns.com. If we become aware that we are processing a child under 13 Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.

D. Usage of Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are used by Prisma Campaigns to identify and track a visitor in an integrated web site, mobile app, or any other digital interaction cannel. The user identifier can be an auto generated ID or any data Prisma Campaigns´ Customer has decided to use to identify a user. This ID is only used to identify a person in Prisma Campaign´s system and has no necessarily or direct relation with the ID used in any other system to identify a user. The lifetime of the cookies is 30 days.

E. Data Access. All the information is loaded in Prisma Campaigns Platforms and can be eliminated, by the staff of the Customer. Users can not access the platform to modify or delete their information. Security controls are specified in the Security and Risk Management program document.

F. Data Retention. Customer Data collected during your use of the Subscription Service is retained for as long as the customer is under the Service Subscription. Personal Information is deleted upon written request or after an established period following the termination of all Customer agreements.

G. Changing or Deleting Information. Prisma Campaign´s Customers may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their Platform by contacting us at legal@prismacampaigns.com. If a Prisma Customer requests the deletion of any Personal Information in our system, it may contact us and we´ll duly address it.
