Exporting Data #

The fields available for export are grouped based on their relationship with the campaign, for example: Banners, Outbound, etc. In addition to native fields, you can export any others that belong to the customer or data models created exclusively for the campaign.

Referral #

Possible Results of the Customer in a Campaign #

LeadsThe customer launched the campaign funnel.
ConvertedThe customer finalized the campaign funnel and converted.
DismissedUser lost interest in the communication

FailedThe communication could not be delivered due to any reason (for example, if he or she does not have an email address on file).
